Distribution

SARCoins 100% premine is distributed via our PoolMiners platform. The intention behind this is to lower the entry level for those not familiar with mining, getting new users into crypto that would otherwise find it to complicated. The distribution schedule is structured to a similar manner to bitcoins decreasing blockwards, starting with 68k SAR distributed daily, for the first year. The distribution schedule is planned for a 20year period at which point all of the premine will have been distributed to users. As of today (2016/6/7) the PoolMiners platform has a little under 4k active users, getting a share of the daily SAR distribution (68k).

Although the vast majority of revenue the distribution model produces goes back to users in the form of referral commissions (up to 77%), the model also funds marketing and development of both SAR and our various services.

As the premined coins are locked in this distribution model, not a single coin has, or ever will land on the market, without going via users first.

Services

We are proud to announce our first Visa debit card service. PoolMinersCard allowing users of PoolMiners to spend BTC and SAR without merchants having to lift a finger.

The team

I'm Luke Williams, The Blockchain Doctor, the Chief of Chains, the Honcho of hashes, the fintech phenom and the Nonce value Better known for developing Iquidus Explorer, a popular open source block explorer used by a very large number of coins, and a core developer of Jumbucks alongside Julian Yap. I started consulting for KCI in January 2016, and am now a co-owner of the company, heading our crypto R&D department. I recently packed up my stuff in New Zealand and moved to Spain to focus full time on SARCoin and developing our crypto based services.

Sasa' D'Arco, our resident mafioso takes care of general operations. He's the heart of the company, keeping us all on track, and ensuring everything runs smooth.

Ruben Arcas, is the face of the company, taking care of marketing, organizing partnerships, doing webinars, and is the man behind our educational platform, KryptoAcedmy.

The four us own KCI, but our team is always growing. With a full time designer (redoing our websites), full time tech support and a handful or other developers, of which we are in the process of hiring more. Although we are based in Spain, we are a diverse bunch, coming from New Zealand, Italy, Pakistan, Morocco and Spain, most of which also speak multi languages allowing us to educate people often ignored by the rest of crypto.
